Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Registration Clerk for the Ortho Central Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will enter patient information into the registration system and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy.

You’ll assist patients with registration, collect co-pays, and maintain a clean, professional work area. Requirements include at least one year of clerical experience and six months in healthcare, plus typing 30 WPM and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• One year clerical experience and six months healthcare experience are required.
• Keyboard skills accurate 30 wpm.
• Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient information into registration system.
• Perform quality control checks on registration data.
• Assist patients complete necessary registration.
• Keep work area clean, organized and professional.
