Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a motivated registration clerk to accurately enter patient information into our registration system and perform quality checks on data. You will assist patients with registration and maintain a clean, professional work area.

The role requires clerical and healthcare exposure, strong customer relations and proficient typing (30 WPM). Prior experience in medical offices, insurance, or hospital settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year clerical experience and six months healthcare experience required.
• Keyboard skills accurate 30 WPM.
• Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient information into registration system.
• Perform quality control checks on registration data.
• Assist patients complete necessary registration.
• Keep work area clean, organized and professional.
