Responsibilities

• Call patients to remind and reschedule appointments; verify demographics for billing
• Register patients and maintain demographic information in the EHR
• Greet patients and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure access and coordination

• Process charges and collect co-pays
• Maintain and file medical records; HIPAA compliance
• Answer inquiries about fees, payments, and directions
• Screen calls and route to appropriate staff
