Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, complete registration, verify demographics and collect payments.
• Handle insurance verifications and authorizations as needed; obtain consents and waivers.
• Scan relevant patient information into the system and manage scheduling per policy.
• Answer calls, messages and faxes; route to appropriate departments as needed.
• Coordinate with nurses, physicians and patients to expedite care and direct to services.
