Responsibilities

• Assist patients and clinic staff with scheduling, pre-registration, and registration for all services at Adena Health System.
• Gather demographic, insurance, financial information, and obtain necessary precert/authorization data.
• Obtain signatures and documents at registration and scan into imaging systems.
• Collect copays and deductibles at time of service and ensure accurate billing information.
