Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments according to guidelines and communicates directions and notes to patients.
• Monitors daily schedules, places reminder calls and reschedules no-shows as needed.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Answers phones, records messages accurately, and relays information to the appropriate party.
• Performs HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and communications.
• Enters referrals into electronic medical records and supports access for providers.
