Qualifications

• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, pre-certification, benefit verification and pre-certification in EPIC.
• Respond quickly to customer needs; use independent judgment and initiative.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing, clinical, and non-clinical staff for proper entry into the health care system.
• Obtain signatures and ensure accurate demographic and financial data in registration.
