Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients, checks them in, and completes registration with demographics, insurance, and payments.
• Verifies insurance, obtains authorizations, and signs consent/waivers as needed.
• Scans pertinent information into the patient’s record.
• Answers calls, messages, and faxes, routing to appropriate departments.
• Maintains appointment scheduling and follows office policies.
