Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments following guidelines and update provider schedules
• Assist with collecting copays/deductibles and ensure required paperwork is completed
• Provide excellent customer service and screen calls to route to appropriate extensions
• Mentor new employees and support daily front desk operations
