Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients at our Johns Creek clinic. You will manage check-in/check-out, payments, scheduling, and EMR documentation to ensure a smooth patient experience.

You will support clinic operations, verify patient information, and assist with coordination between therapists and staff. The role emphasizes privacy, accuracy, and friendly, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED at minimum. Diploma submission may be required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out; verify information and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities; maintain daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations: phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver positive patient experiences and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation; coordinate with care teams.
