Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Colorado Springs is seeking a Full-time Receptionist/Patient Service Coordinator to support the Imaging team at the Penrose location. You will greet patients, collect demographics and insurance information, register new patients, and help maintain an organized front office.

This role offers a salary range of $18.00-$24.00 per hour. A high school diploma and at least five years of office experience are required, preferably in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years office experience, preferably in medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors into the clinic in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Obtains demographic and insurance information; collects insurance cards and license; updates system records.
• Registers new patients; prepares charts; notifies nursing staff of arrivals.
• Collects co-pays and deductibles at time of visit.
• Maintains lobby area and manages patient flow.
