Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Colorado is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet patients and visitors, collect demographics and insurance information, and register new patients accurately at the Lonetree campus. You will support nursing staff and help keep the front desk organized, ensuring a welcoming, confidential environment for all patients.

The role requires at least one year of office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of office experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems; Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information and copies of insurance cards and licenses.
• Register all new patients into the system and notify nursing staff of arrivals.
