• Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification to support timely access to care and accurate account setup.
• Deliver courteous, professional service to patients and families through phone, electronic, and in‑person interactions.
• Collect, review, and enter complete and accurate demographic and insurance information to support accurate billing and account processing.
• Respond to patient questions and provides appropriate information while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor patient wait times and collaborate with team members to communicate delays and improve patient flow.
