United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an Access Care Representative to support scheduling, registration, and insurance verification, helping patients move smoothly through the care process. You will work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely access to services and accurate front-end revenue cycle.

Based at UHS Wilson Medical Center, the role features a day-rotational schedule with 24 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer/patient-facing experience directly interacting and communicating with the public.
• Preferred NAHAM CHAA certification.

Aufgaben

• Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification to support timely access to care and accurate account setup.
• Deliver courteous, professional service to patients and families through phone, electronic, and in-person interactions.
• Collect, review, and enter complete and accurate demographic and insurance information to support accurate billing and account processing.
• Respond to patient questions and provide appropriate information while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor patient wait times and collaborate with team members to communicate delays and improve patient flow.
