Responsibilities

• Greet and handle inquiries and appointments via telephone promptly.
• Address questions regarding appointments, billing, insurance, and programs.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
