Job summary

CINQCARE is a provider-led, community-based health partner serving high-need communities in the United States. As a Family Member Call Center Agent, you will deliver an exceptional patient experience by handling high-volume calls to schedule appointments, coordinate care, and support wellness campaigns.

You will triage requests, assist with medications, records, and forms, and ensure accurate data entry across EMR systems while upholding privacy standards and delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in healthcare admin preferred.
• Experience in high-volume medical call centers or patient access is preferred.
• Strong communication, privacy, and HIPAA compliance skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–80 inbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments across providers.
• Assist with medication refills, medical records, and forms routing.
• Support care coordination and patient outreach for wellness programs.
• Document accurately in EMR/scheduling systems per policy.
