Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Responsibilities

• Incoming referral management from external providers; verify details and document in system.
• Introduce new patients, explain intake process, obtain missing information, and answer questions.
• Schedule new patient consultations and coordinate with leadership for readiness.
• Communicate with referring offices and notify when referrals are denied or delayed.
• Respond to inquiries from referring offices via phone, email, or fax; maintain professional relationships.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Billing, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and coverage.
