McLaren Health Care invites applications for a Patient Access Scheduling Representative. This role schedules and registers patients, initiates pre-authorization and referrals, and confirms appointments across McLaren Health facilities.
You will verify insurance, collect copays, and guide patients through the pre-registration process to ensure smooth access to care. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service or healthcare, with knowledge of insurance

Under the direction of the Patient Access leadership team, Schedules, registers, initiates pre-authorization and referrals process, confirms and maintains patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries and/or medical procedures for McLaren Health.
