• Register and check in patients upon arrival.
• Complete new patient registration in EMR with precision.
• Perform daily reporting in EMR systems; collect co-pays, post to accounts.
• Issue receipts through EMR system.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with organizational standards.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as required.
• Assemble and distribute new patient information packets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Assume any other responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor.
