Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and services for multiple service lines via the scheduling system.
• Triages calls and directs to the appropriate Clinic Nursing team.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information during registration.
• Interpret payer information and determine patient financial responsibility.
• Explain financial obligations and collect payments via cash, credit card or check.
• Review referrals/physician orders to meet scheduling needs.
• Maintain electronic health records and handle forms accurately.
