Baptist Health in Coral Gables is seeking a Patient Access role for Emergency Department and BOS Digital Registration. You will perform registration, financial screening, verification, and patient throughput to support the revenue cycle and ensure a positive patient experience.

This is essential staff work; weekend/holiday shifts may be required. HS Diploma required; Associates preferred; bilingual English/Spanish/Creole preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle, compliance and patient experience by completing tasks in registration, financial screening, verification and patient throughput.
• Meet individual collection goals and collaborate with clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• This position is essential staff and may require weekend/holiday work and deployment during emergencies.
