Job summary

The role supports registration, financial screening, verification, and patient throughput within the Emergency Department and BOS Digital Registration, with emphasis on collecting payments and delivering compassionate service.

Essential staff who must be available weekends/holidays; bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced revenue cycle or public health setting.
• Experience in payment collection, billing, and customer service.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration, financial screening, verification, and patient throughput.
• Meet individual collection goals and work with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during disasters.
