JOB SUMMARY
The Patient Services Associate projects a professional and welcoming demeanor and welcomes visitors (i.e., vendors, customers, patients, staff, students etc.) to the department by promptly greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring their inquiries appropriately.
