• Prepares and secures signatures on treatment and billing authorization forms.
• Scans necessary documents into the EHR system.
• Verifies insurance coverage for all patients receiving services.

This position provides support to our patients as they are experiencing a life changing event. The support is accomplished by working with the caregiver to schedule appointments, perform pre-registration and registration of new and existing patients, and providing patients with information regarding access to additional external financial resources. In this position, you will have the opportunity to support our patients with issues dealing with scheduling and questions for the provider(s).
