Mass General Brigham seeks a patient registration specialist for Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. This role involves ensuring efficient patient check-in and discharge, handling insurance verification, and providing excellent customer service. Float position between locations! - Lee, Dover, and Rochester
Responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient check-in and discharge process by providing excellent customer service, collecting patient information, verifying insurance coverage, explaining policies & procedures, and handling patient questions.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Licenses and Credentials
Experience in admitting, scheduling, registration, or insurance verification (1-2 years preferred).
