Arkansas Children's is seeking a patient services representative for the Evening Shift to support the Access Primary Care Clinic. You will manage patient scheduling, referrals, and registration, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance data for outpatient visits.
This role emphasizes greeting patients and families, coordinating appointments, collecting co-pays, activating MyChart, and verifying insurance while maintaining a high level of service and clinic efficiency.
