Arkansas Children's Hospital is seeking a Customer Service/Registration specialist for the Kids Care - Resource Line. This full-time position handles scheduling, registration, and insurance verification to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting demographics, activating MyChart, and coordinating referrals. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

• Able to register in 1 or more Centers as demonstrated by floating.
• Collaborates with clinical partners to optimize patient communication, clinic flow and ongoing care.
