Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Representative for the Emergency Department. You will assist patients with registration, insurance eligibility and co-pay collection, aiming to deliver an exceptional experience as patients enter and depart the ED.
You will work nights 10:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m. with every other weekend and holiday rotation, and you may cross-train to other patient access areas. Tuition reimbursement is available to support further education.

A caregiver in this position works nights from 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements. You must work 3 holidays per year.
