Martha's Vineyard Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Representative to ensure accurate patient registration, verify and enter insurance information, and maintain up-to-date records.

The role includes cross-training to cover the switchboard, ER greeter, and mail room functions, all performed with professional and courteous service to patients. The position is onsite at One Hospital Road with a 40-hour workweek in rotating shifts; prior public-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prior experience working with the public preferred; 0-1 year required.
