Licenses and Credentials Experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient access and registration 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification procedures. - Strong customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
