Insight Global is seeking a Patient Access Representative in the Los Angeles, CA area for a call center environment. You will handle 50+ calls daily across GI offices in Southern California, triage patients, verify insurances, and assist with referrals.
It is fully on-site during training and may shift to remote after 2–3 months based on performance. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm PST.
An employer is looking for a Patient Access Representative within a call center environment in the Los Angeles, CA area. This position is part of Prime PACC Program. This person will be responsible for handling about 50+ calls per day for multiple GI offices across Southern California. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions/parking instructions, contacting clinic facility to notify if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling patients' appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals/follow up care. This position is fully on-site until fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically around 2-3 months of working - depending on performance) where it will then go remote.
Available Shifts:
Monday-Friday either from 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-pm PST

Compensation:
$25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
