Job summary

Full Circle Health in Boise, ID is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on record keeping, financial reporting, journal entries, and close processes, with close collaboration to the Controller and Senior Accountant.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 2 years in accounting or finance, with strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or HRIS systems. This is a daytime, full-time on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and record cash receipts, deposits, and other routine financial transactions; transport daily deposits to the bank on a regular basis.
• Prepare and record recurring and non-recurring journal entries in support of the monthly close process.
• Oversee payroll processing for the organization and ensure the outsource team is staying on task.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts and supporting schedules.
• Research and resolve routine variances or discrepancies within assigned general ledger accounts.
• Support the Controller and Senior Accountant with month-end processes, audits, and special projects.
• Assist in ensuring financial data is accurate, timely, and compliant with established accounting standards.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team!

Purpose

The Accountant is an important team member supporting the Accounting department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The Accountant shall be accountable for record keeping and financial reporting processes, preparing and processing cash deposits, and reconciliation of accounts. The Accountant is a critical position within the Accounting department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health.

The Accountant works closely with the Controller, Senior Accountant, and Senior Accounts Payables Administrator.
