Job summary

Full Circle Health's Emerald Clinic in Boise, ID is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers with direct patient care and documentation in the patient’s medical record. The MA will help advance the Patient-Centered Medical Home model and ensure accurate charting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with potential rotating Saturday/evening shifts. Completion of accredited MA program or LPN required; certification preferred. Tobacco-free workplace; immunizations required.

Purpose

The Medical Assistant (MA) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunity for rotating Saturday and evening shifts.

QualificationsEducation

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited College of Nursing.

Licensure / Certification

Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization.

Experience

Entry level; previous medical assistant or LPN experience preferred. Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred.
