Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in Raleigh is seeking a Patient Access Representative for our Centralized Call Center to schedule appointments for all clinic locations and provide excellent service to our patients. The role requires handling a high volume of incoming appointment calls, scheduling new and established patients, and delivering warm, professional customer care to patients and teammates.

• 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
