Responsibilities include verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and coordinating with scheduling staff while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality customer service. Onsite role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Immediate need for a 13-Week Contract opportunity with long-term potential and located in Pomona, CA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $21 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview patients and collect accurate demographic and insurance information
• Enter and update patient information in the computer system
• Establish and maintain patient records, including demographic, financial, and insurance allocation information
• Identify and enter appropriate insurance codes
• Obtain required patient consents and authorizations

• Coordinate with department scheduling staff to meet patient scheduling needs
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient information

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
