As a Patient Access Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring smooth healthcare operations, delivering quality patient care, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting administrative and insurance processes.

What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What You’ll Do
  • Greet patients and visitors

  • Answer calls and schedule appointments
  • Register patients and update records
  • Distribute forms and collect payments
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Handle insurance verifications, authorizations, and referrals
  • Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and Auto claims
  • Perform additional duties as needed
