Job summary

Essentia Health Moose Lake Hospital is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk team member to manage patient reception, registration, and scheduling. You will coordinate patient flow with clinical and support staff, handling check-in, appointments, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role requires at least 1 year of office experience and the ability to adapt to day/evening/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.
• Experience with patient reception, registration and scheduling is preferred.
