Talentify is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet and register patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage medical charts. The role requires accurate demographic, insurance, and physician information, with emphasis on insurance eligibility and pre-certification steps.
The position supports medical office operations in Ohio and may involve training duties; a valid Ohio driver license and CPR certification may apply based on position.
Sunday-Wednesday 5-9:30 pm
First two weeks: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm for training
Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and pulling and filing medical charts when indicated.

One year of health care experience, preferred.
