Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Clerk to greet and register patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and pull/file medical charts as needed. This role emphasizes strong customer service and administrative skills in a fast-paced clinic setting.
The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR certification as determined by management, and about one year of health care experience; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Essential Functions: Provides excellent customer service to patients and families by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
