We are searching for a talented Patient Access Rep-Rehab

• $1,237.50 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*
  
  

Hours: 33hrs

Shift: Day/Evening shift with every weekend and holiday rotation; Mon: 11:00am - 6:30pm, Tue, Wed and Thurs: 12:00pm - 7:30pm; Fri OFF; Sat 8:00am - 1:00pm

Location: Outpatient Pediatric Rehab – New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required. Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
• Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
• Computer experience a must.
• Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

USD $16.55 - USD $27.78 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement

NO HOLIDAY required. Every Saturday is part of regular shift.
