We are searching for a talented Patient Access Rep-Rehab

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day shift; Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Fridays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM

Location: Outpatient Rehab Hanover St. - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes, and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
• Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
• Computer experience a must.
• Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 virus or be exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $16.55 - USD $27.78 /Hr.
