Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years related experience required; call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of insurance plans and medical terminology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and demonstrate quality service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, pre-register and secure financial clearance for outpatient services.
• Communicate estimated financial responsibility to patients.
• Maintain unit-specific competencies and mandatory learning per GA-057 policy.
• Correct quality assurance errors within appropriate time and communicate with departments.
• Demonstrate flexibility and cooperative attitude in a dynamic environment.
