Job summary

CHC Mashpee in Mashpee, MA is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will verify demographics, insurance eligibility, collect co-pays and support enrollment and education for Health Center services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outpatient settings, strong communication, attention to detail and basic computer literacy; bilingual skills are a plus. Onsite schedule 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in an outpatient setting and familiar with the insurance verification process.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and basic computer literacy required.
• Available to work onsite from 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus

Job Details: Job Location: CHC Mashpee - Mashpee, MA 02649, Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly, Patient Access Representatives serve as the first point of contact for CHC patients, ensuring high patient satisfaction and experience in coordinating flow of services.
