Responsible for all patient registration for in-patient or out-patient services. Responsible for daily operation of a multi-line phone system, answering and transferring all calls to Northern Montana Hospital (NMH) and Northern Montana Care Center (NMCC) whenever switchboard area on third floor is not covered by PBX operator. Provides a "visitor friendly" atmosphere in the admissions area, assisting all patients, visitors and co-workers who have questions or concerns. Other office duties as needed.
