Job summary

Northern Montana Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to administer nursing care to residents under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager. A $2,500 discretionary sign-on bonus is offered.

You will work according to individualized care plans and support the facility's mission and nursing philosophy. Qualifications include MT CNA certification, high school diploma, BLS, and ability to interpret verbal and written instructions; background checks and drug screens are

About the role

$2,500 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus

Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.


• Certified Nurses Aide by the State of Montana.


• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).


• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.


• Provide a current phone number.


• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
