Responsibilities

The Patient Access Rep serves as the liaison between Finance, Nursing and Physician offices. The role obtains accurate demographic information, records and verifies all pertinent information from insurance companies in respect to a patient’s authorization for services, eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• 1+ years’ working in the medical/and or medical insurance fields.

• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
