**Responsibilities**

• Communicate with patients, participants, and staff to schedule patients for procedures and perform related clerical duties.
• Gather demographic, insurance, and clinical information, and enter into the appropriate database.
• Schedule procedures efficiently, coordinate, and communicate schedules.
• Assist with insurance pre-certification/authorization activities.
• Provide counseling regarding pre-service requirements and instructions.

**Requirements**

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable job-specific experience.

Note: Professional licensure/certification can substitute for education or experience if applicable.
