Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full patient registration at service date.
• Explain and secure hospital and patient forms per standards.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and collect payments within policy guidelines.
• Verify insurance, benefits and eligibility; obtain authorizations as needed.
