Responsibilities

• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures; register patients and manage transfers.
• Verify insurance benefits and record patient demographics and financial data.
• Achieve productivity and accuracy targets (94%–105% productivity; 98%+ accuracy in records).
• Utilize PayNav for medical necessity checks and cost estimates.
• Coordinate referrals and respond to SGMC Health emails, calls, and messages.
