Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Prefer one year of hospital or clinic revenue cycle experience.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Medical terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide information to clients.
• Handle referrals with professional, respectful service, telephonically or in person.
• Enter/update demographic and billing information to complete patient records.
• Verify third-party payer coverage and collect self-pay balances.
